    By installing Storifaz, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Storifaz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Storifaz is a Shopify app that allows merchants to create and display Instagram-style story bubbles on their Shopify storefront, with support for images, videos, and shoppable product links.

3. Subscription and Billing

Storifaz offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans
Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system
All paid plans include a free trial period
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Shopify admin
Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's billing policies
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Storifaz to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App
Violate Shopify's Partner Program Agreement or Terms of Service
Circumvent plan limits or billing systems
Use the App in any way that damages or disrupts our services

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and features, is owned by Storifaz and protected by copyright law. Content you upload (images, videos, product data) remains your property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of data or revenue resulting from use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Storifaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. Upon termination, all your data will be deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app admin panel. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
