Storifaz ("we", "our", "us") is a Shopify app that enables merchants to display Instagram-style story bubbles on their Shopify storefront. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our app.

2. Information We Collect

When you install Storifaz, we collect and store:

Your Shopify store domain and shop ID
OAuth access tokens required to operate the app
Story lists and slides you create (titles, media URLs, product links)
Your active subscription plan and billing status

We do not collect any personal information about your customers.

3. How We Use Your Information

To display story bubbles on your storefront
To manage your story lists and slides in the admin panel
To enforce plan limits and process billing through Shopify
To authenticate your session securely via Shopify OAuth

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in our database hosted on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. We only share data with Shopify as required to operate the app through their platform.

6. Data Deletion

When you uninstall Storifaz, all your data including story lists, slides, and session tokens is permanently deleted from our systems automatically. You can also request data deletion by contacting us at the email below.

7. GDPR Compliance

We comply with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhook requirements. Upon uninstallation, all merchant data is automatically deleted. We do not store customer personal data.

8. Cookies

Storifaz does not use cookies on your storefront. The admin panel uses Shopify's built-in session management only.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app admin panel or email.
